I just wanted to thank you and your team for the amazing work to bring the wedding and reception together . I was just so impressed on how well everything was executed – it was at the end of the day I realized how many little things I didn’t have to worry about! It was so stress-free and there is no way the event would have turned out so great without you and your team. Everyone was so impressed on how organized and timely the event went. One of the best decisions that my fiancé and I made was to hire Shilpa as our wedding planner. During our initial meeting, she gave us a run-through of what to expect when planning a wedding including budget list of vendors and parties. She provided us with a list of suggested vendors to work with for each part of our wedding. Since we trusted her, we started our selection process from that list of vendors, cutting at least 50% of the planning stress. She even took time out of her business schedule to attend the South Asian Bridal Show with us. While Shilpa was the wedding planner, she also gave us space to be able to plan and execute on our own. She took the time to create a milestone spreadsheet, which helped my parents, my fiancé , and I pace our “To Do List.” Knowing my creative side, she suggested that we make the centerpieces (and other items) for the wedding reception which not only proved to be fun,but much cheaper than purchasing them. She also helped me create a timeline for the actual wedding day to ensure that we would be punctual for each and every segment of the two major events. She knew that we were on a budget for the wedding so she would send us suggestions and links on things that would make the wedding look extravagant but it saved us money! On our special day, Shilpa and her helper of the day, Sneha, took care of all the details, which let us enjoy our wedding and wedding reception without having to worry about any issues. They made sure to guide guests into the ballrooms on time and that food was served on time. If there were any issues, we still don’t know about it! They even convinced the hotel to allow the Groom’s side to dance inside the lobby area as it was pouring cats and dogs outside! Overall, she did a great job with the wedding planning and execution and our stress levels!

I just wanted to say thank you for making my event so special!! From Day 1 to the reception night you guys were essential. Shilpa and Neeta know the best vendors in the Southern California area! Anything you could think of SPatel Events can get you. Trying to plan a wedding while working 100 hours a week and 500 miles away seemed impossible but with the help from SPatel Events I was able to have my dream wedding. Shilpa would send me comprehensive emails with lists and things to do byweek to make this daunting task of planning a wedding seem feasible and actually fun. Shilpa was able to find me vendors that delivered EXACTLY what I wanted including what seems impossible. Two days before my reception with 450 people I decided we wanted chocolate fondue and they were able to find me a vendor that could provide that for me! The day of the wedding and reception went by so smoothly because of SPatel Events. I knew that I could focus on actually enjoying the day because Shilpa and Neeta were there behind the scenes making sure things ran smoothly. The day ran flawlessly and Shilpa and Neeta made sure that every i was doted and t was crossed and still had time to remind me to smile for my pictures! Thank you so much for everything!!!

We just want to take a second to say thank you for making our wedding events unforgettable. We truly had a wonderful time at our events as did our guests.
Your vendor selections were incredible- we were able to save and splurge where necessary and were able to stick to our budget. Your ideas on how to save money were wonderful and really helped us manage finances. Most importantly, guests were able to walk away from the event saying they had an amazing time - the dj was great, the food fantastic and the decor unique and beautiful.
Your team was able to meet all of the issues that popped up during the wedding (a late pandit, the ceremony running a bit over etc) and make it so no one noticed. The reception started on time and was flawless because of your suggestions to slightly change the program. We loved working with Shilpa and Neeta on not only the details (they helped us pick out decor items as well as amazing favors and vendors), but also on the logisitcs of the event---which is where they excel.
S - Bridal Shower
This team did a wonderful job pulling my bridal shower together. They managed the guest list, helped create the invitation design, managed the RSVP list, handled the vendors and decor as came up with a list of games that were appropriate and fun for my mixed group of guests! They also managed all the games and created the cutest themed prizes! SPatel Events went above and beyond our expectations! Thanks for making my event a huge hit with friends, cousins and even the aunties!

- Reviewed wedding timeline and provided feedback/comments
-Helped organize boxes that were needed for wedding so that the priest can easily get what he needs to perform the ceremony
-Helped find the right color of tulle for the wedding favors
-Designed monogram for wedding favors tag
-Designed wedding brochure
-Came to the make-up/hair consultation to offer advice
-Provided suggestions for vendors (flowers, DJ, etc.)

SPatel Events did such a great job on pre-wedding and wedding preparations that I could be at ease during wedding day.The team went beyond my expectations. Their help eased the stress on my family as well. Although my family did the best they could, my brother and sister have little kids, so it was difficult to put forth their 100%. Help of this team was a blessing.

With over 500 guests and over 100 out of town guests, we really needed assistance with the management of our event. SPatelEvents was able to provide that assistance and so much more. They worked with us tirelessly going over vendors, locations, working on budgets so we could get the best caterer and have an open bar all night long---all while staying in our budget. We really appreciated their helpful suggestions as to where to save money (which we didn't see with other wedding planners, some would suggest that to have an average wedding we would need to spend $12,000 to $20,000 on decor....who has that kind of money?). Our focus was our guests' experience and that is what SPatel Events excels at. They were incredibly hard working on the day of our events, they were very polite not only to our guests but to our vendors. They were able to keep both our families happy and made them feel important and heard. Not only did Spatel Events plan and coordinate my event, they gave us a sense of sanity which we had been missing due to trying to keep our families happy while balancing our wants and needs.
