The Silver Package

This package, our "Day Of" package,  is for those who have already planned a majority of their wedding, but just need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.. We pride ourselves on providing a timely, seamless event which allows the couple, family & friends to sit back, relax and enjoy the day. This package includes:

Planning & Preparation
  • One in-person planning consultation (at home or venue)
  • Wedding day timeline (director, vendors, wedding party)
  • Review all vendor contracts provided by the client
  • Distribute wedding day timeline for vendors
  • Send final conformations to vendors by email & phone (1 week prior)

Wedding Day Services
  • Wedding Director & Assistant Coordinator on-site  (2 coordinators) - 2 coordinators for up to 150 guests. Additional guests will require additional coordinators.
  • Facilitate vendor arrival and set up          (up to 12 hours)
  • Maintain event-flow and schedule
  • Greet family and guests 
  • Direct guests and family to appropriate ceremony and reception areas
  • Final inspections on venue setup and decor
  • Final inspections on tables at the reception with centerpieces, linens and favors
  • Set up table for guest book and gifts
  • Assist with reception seating and guest management
  • Assist and supervise vendors
  • Coordinate reception highlights and program (entrance, speeches, dance etc)
  • Coordinate vendors, ensure timely arrival and answer any questions
  • Supervise and communicate with banquet direction to assure timely and organized dinner service
  • Handle any emergencies or unexpected circumstances in professional, calm manner
  • Distribute final payments

The Gold Package

This package is for those couples who have begun their wedding planning process, but need some extra assistance to bring it all together. Whether additional assistance is needed to recommend reliable vendors, maintain the budget or provide personalized, unique ideas, we can definitely help. This package begins one month to three months prior to the event. This package includes:

Planning & Preparation
  • Three in-person planning consultations (at home or venue)
  • Unlimited recommendations or suggestions via phone or email
  • Wedding checklist
  • Wedding day timeline (director, vendors, wedding party)

Vendor Selection & Coordination
  • Review all vendor contracts provided by client
  • Research and recommend specific vendors, attend 3 vendor meetings
  • Distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors
  • Send final confirmation by email and phone to all vendors (1 week prior)

The Platinum Package

This package is for those couples who don't have time to plan the event of their dreams. They do have an idea of what they want, but need a little extra assistance and imagination to bring it to fruition. We'll help you every step of the way, providing advice on venues, vendors, decor design, invitations, favors, timelines, guest accommodations etc. We'll use our extensive experience to make sure your dreams turn into reality.
 
Planning & Preparation
  • Eight in-person planning consultations (at home or venue)
  • Unlimited recommendations or suggestions via phone or email
  • Assistance with finalizing wedding theme/design/decor
  • Establish detailed timeline
  • Wedding checklist
  • Wedding day timeline (director, vendors, wedding party)

Venue Location & Selection
  • Determine venue requirements
  • Provide research and recommendations for venues
  • Attend meetings and view potential venue sites (up to 8 hours)
  • Assist with developing contract

Initial Consultation - We can work with you to provide the best vendors, timing and cost saving tips early on the planning process. Sometimes, couples want a little hand holding in the beginning of the planning process, before taking control of the planning process.  $1000


Day of Wedding Coordination + In- Person Vendor Selection
Cost of Day of Coordination (Silver Package) + $300/vendor
Shilpa Patel Events will provide a list of 3-5 vendors to couple with a meeting setup and/or samples of the vendors work for 2 vendors of the couple’s choice.
